What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity are 5 pcs per product. Feel free to reach out to our support team for any additional information or assistance.

Shipping cost

Customers from abroad are responsible for covering the shipping costs of their orders. For customers in Norway, we offer free shipping on orders over 5000 Norwegian
kroner.

We can arrange shipping through our freight agreements; however, the customer is still responsible for the shipping costs. These costs must be settled in advance before we dispatch the goods.

What are the payment options?

For now we only accept Bank Transfer/TT/SWIFT Transfer

What are the payment terms?

A 50% deposit is required to begin processing your order, with the remaining balance and shipping fee due when the goods are ready. Please note that the goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

When must the order be paid?

Please ensure that your deposit is paid within 10 days to avoid the risk of your order being canceled. For the final payment, it must be completed within 5 days to prevent incurring warehousing fees, which will be charged per carton per day. If you encounter any issues with the payment, please contact us to discuss and we will be happy to assist.

Who will bear the payment transfer charges?

Please note that customers are responsible for covering any transfer fees. We will only recognize the net amount received in our account. To ensure accurate payment, please remind your bank to transfer the full net amount to our account and apply any additional charges to your account.

DIspute handling

In the event of any disputes regarding products, payment, shipping, or other issues, you must contact us to report and discuss the matter within 3 months from the transaction date. After this period, all transactions will be considered final, and we will not entertain any further disputes.

What currencies do you accept?

The following currencies are currently accepted for overseas customers:

  • EUR

For customers in Norway, NOK is used as the currency
